RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At LUMRA, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return Email us at contact@trylumra.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as LUMRA is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and safety reasons, LUMRA Botanica Essential Oil Sets are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded - unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In that case, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence and we will make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@trylumra.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, first check with your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@trylumra.com and we'll investigate immediately.
